These documents are PDF documents (as opposed to Word or Excel) so that they can easily be accessed from any computer, whether the user has the current version of Microsoft Word or not. The files should open with the Adobe Reader in your browser, and you should be able to select print from the options at the top.

If for some reason you are unable to view or open documents, a free version of Adobe Reader can be downloaded from www.adobe.com. Select the button that says "Get Adobe Reader" and follow the instructions to install.
